A barbecue grill is a type of grilling equipment and can be categorized into charcoal grills, gas grills, electric grills, and microwave grills. Many people drive their private cars to outdoor BBQs and find gas griller machines to be extremely convenient and quick, as they do not require the ignition of charcoal. They feature electronic ignition settings and do not pollute the environment, making them usable anywhere. Nowadays, with severe environmental pollution in cities, urban management no longer permits the use of charcoal-heated grills. Especially in first-tier cities, the heating method for small food machinery equipment has been switched to gas heating.
The most important thing to do before starting to use it is, of course, to carefully read the instructions. According to the user manual, we first need to connect the gas canister (the gas inside the canister must be supplied by a gas station, as higher quality gas will irritate the eyes less). Pull out the bottom bowl of the gas griller machine, add cold water, and push the bottom bowl back in place smoothly. Then, aim the ignition gun at the infrared panel, open the corresponding gas valve, ignite one side quickly, then ignite the other side. Turn on the fan switch, start the fan, adjust the air valve to increase or decrease the flame, and observe the infrared panel turning red with no visible flame, which means it is the best option.
After using the gas griller machine, you should unplug it and clean up any residues. Special attention is needed to clean the vents; many small holes between the burner plate and the burner frame must be unobstructed. During the combustion process, do not touch the oven to avoid burns. The bottom bowl must have water. When adding water midway, pull out the bottom bowl, add water, and push it back in place smoothly. It is strictly forbidden to add water directly from the furnace mouth, as this may cause an explosion if water splashes onto the infrared plate. The liquefied gas cylinder must be stored and used upright; it is strictly forbidden to place it inversely. If the cylinder is upside down, it could cause liquid and residue that do not vaporize in time to spray out, blocking the nozzle and damaging the pressure reducer, easily leading to fire or explosion accidents. If you smell gas, you should immediately turn off the main valve of the gas cylinder and identify and eliminate the cause before continuing to use it.
First, when grilling, you can apply a layer of cooking oil on the grill, which can prevent objects from sticking to the grill, making it easier to clean afterward.
Secondly, after use, wait for the fire to naturally go out (for charcoal grills), and once the grill temperature drops to room temperature, remove the ash, and wipe the grill. The grill pan and grill net can be cleaned with water and a cleaning brush.
Third, after cleaning, use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the grill dry to prevent rusting of the grill body.
