During repair, the following points should be noted:
First, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the type of gas required by the griddle is consistent with the type of gas provided (liquefied gas, natural gas, artificial gas). If the type is not determined, it is easy to make the repair work fall into a more troublesome situation. Because different gases use different accessories (nozzles) for the equipment.
Secondly, whether the gas pressure used (liquefied gas: 2800 Pa; natural gas: 2000 Pa; artificial gas: 1000 Pa) is consistent with the requirements of the equipment nameplate. Too high or too low pressure will have a huge impact on the normal operation of the equipment; too high will cause the equipment to burn incompletely, produce too much carbon monoxide to pollute the environment, and endanger the personal safety of the operator; too low will cause the equipment to burn unfavorably, the firepower is too small, and the temperature rises too slowly, which will bring less than expected results to the food cooking.
In addition: pay attention to whether the gas pipeline connected to the equipment is consistent with the diameter of the gas pipeline of the equipment itself. If it is not consistent, it will cause the gas flow of the equipment to be insufficient or too large, making the equipment in an abnormal operating state.
Finally, please note that the temperature probe of the temperature-controlled gas valve should not be placed in a position where it will be directly baked or burned by the main fire. Otherwise, the temperature sensing will be inaccurate, which will bring unnecessary impact on the normal operation of the equipment and make the food cooking fail to achieve the desired effect.
