The order will ship by sea. Customized products or custom BBQ accessories require additional processing time and will be shipped once it is completed. The salesperson will reply with a specific shipping time and contact your shipping agent.

Order processing will vary depending on the products purchased. For non-customized products please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Most shipments will take an additional 15-25 business days. For customized products, including collegiate and prepared designs, processing can range from 7-8 weeks.

We have a complete after-sales service, video pictures guide the use of products, after-sales customer complaints processing system. Lumbre products are contracted by PICC.
